For the past decade Planners Group International also handles turnkey Lump sum maintenance contracts at Arab Ship Building and Repair Yard Co - Bahrain, Drydocks World - Dubai and L&T Ship Builders - Chennai. PGI’s four different departments are lively providing Quality services at their project sites ensuring maximum safety and security.

Mechanical

Our   mechanical    repair  section  headed by a team of experienced engineers, assisted by our supervisors and foremans works  on board vessels in dry-docks, Overhauling   different    kinds    of  Engines, Heat exchangers,  Coolers,  Valves, Pumps  and  other mechanical  equipments.

Piping & Structural

Our   pipe   repair    section   repair    pipes on-board vessels, Our skilled and experienced Engineering team Fabricates and  install new  pipe  as  per   site  requirements  & drawings provided, The department is well capable of Fabrication  and   installation of new  strainers, valves etc  related  with  piping systems.

Scaffolding

Our  scaffolding Team  works   on-board  vessels, Erect     different  models  of  staging , like  Tower, Hanging  &  platform types in  all  locations  inside and outside vessels  for carrying out maintenance and repair of mechanical ,piping  and Electrical systems. Our Department also supports the steel renewal, blasting painting & cleaning jobs.  

Cleaning

Our operatives are fully trained in tank cleaning and also in ensuring the safety of all people whilst cleaning is in operation. They all adhere to statutory safety norms when working on site.

We are fully equipped with the updated machineries and equipment and are well versed to engage for operation with most effective techniques. We do our best to render effective cleaning service against removing of sediments and wastes from all  ship  repairing   activities   like   Overhauling  machineries,  steel  fabrication,  Blasting & Painting   and  piping jobs through effective methods.
